It’s that time of year again — Committee Nominations are now open!

To make the AGM run as smoothly as possible, we now have a digital nomination form available. We encourage all members to submit their nominations online before the AGM.

Manual nomination forms will still be available on the night, however digital submissions are preferred.

💳 Annual Membership Fees Are Now Due

You will receive an email with instructions on how to renew your membership through our website.

Please note that, as we have moved to a new website, all automatic payments have been disabled. Members will need to log in and manually process their membership renewal.

⚠️ Important AGM Voting & Nomination Requirements

To be nominated for a committee position and to vote at the AGM, you must be a financial member prior to the AGM.

Memberships will be verified before voting takes place.

Voting Rules:
• Members must be financial before the AGM to nominate or vote.
• Membership status will be checked prior to voting.
• Only one vote per membership is permitted in each category.
